The filtration efficiency can be improved by increasing the thickness of the nano-fiber layer. Therefore, on the basis of KN90 nanofiber air filtration materials of mask, the thickness of the nanofiber layer was increased, and the prepared nanofiber air filtration materials of mask can meet the standard of KN95. The filtration efficiency for 0.3 μm non-oily particles at the flow rate of 85 L/min reaches to 95% (see the table below) , which can efficiently intercept fine particles such as spray, PM 2.5, dust, pollen and bacteria. The KN95 mask made by KN95 nanofiber air filtration materials of mask can be used for the protection of certain particulate matter, such as the dust generated from the process of grinding, cleaning and treating minerals, flour and certain other materials, it is also suitable for liquid or non-oily particles produced as a result of spraying, which do not produce harmful volatile gases.
