1. Product Description
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, there has been a surge in demand for masks that can effectively filter fine particles such as droplets and dust in the air. Most of the masks on the market are melt-blown filter layer as core filter layer, which rely on electrostatic adsorption of particles to achieve a certain filtering effect. After high temperature or alcohol sterilization, the electrostatic effect of the filter core decreases and the filtering performance decreases. The new generation of nano-fiber protective masks developed by our company relies on pure physical interception, which can be reused after high temperature and alcohol disinfection for long-term protection.
Using advanced electrostatic spinning nanofiber technology, the nanofibers are combined with the meltblown layer to prepare a nanofiber composite core filter layer with excellent filtering performance, which has won the national patent. The diameter of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric is 2-10 μm, which can block large particles above 2 μm; the diameter of the nanofiber membrane fiber is 50-150 nm, and the formed three-dimensional porous structure can effectively intercept haze, droplets, dust, etc. At the same time, it adopts a 3D stereoscopic design to fit the face to ensure smooth breathing and efficient interception fine particles such as droplets and dust in the air.
2. Structure description:

Nano fiber high-efficiency filter layer ( physical interception, reused after high temperature / alcohol disinfection )

3. Product performance:
(1) High efficiency and low pressure drop, comfortable to wear: This product is composed of high efficiency melt-blown fiber and nanofiber( 50-100 nm, three-dimensional design with good air permeability and smooth breathing )
(2) Stable filtration performance, reusable: This product mainly relies on the pure physical interception of the ultra-fine nanofiber layer, which can effectively intercept harmful particles in the air. It can be reused after alcohol / high temperature disinfection.
(3) Light and thin with high filtering accuracy: The nanofiber microporous membrane as the core filter layer of this product, with a thickness of no more than 3 μm and a filtering accuracy of less than 100 nm, can effectively filter ultrafine particles such as droplets,haze,dust,pollen,etc.

5. Disinfection method
Method 1: Spray disinfection with medical alcohol
Method 2: Immersed in hot water for 3 minutes or dry at low temperature
Method 3: Disinfect the inside and outside with a hair dryer at about 75 ℃
