1. The product description
Our company uses advanced electrostatic spinning nanofiber technology to combine the self-developed oleophobic nanofiber microporous membrane with meltblown cloth to prepare a nanofiber composite filter element that can efficiently filter oily and non-oily particles with a particle size of less than 0.3 μm. The protective masks produced by our company using this kind of nanofiber composite filter element have reached the EU FFP2 Nanofiber Respirator Mask standards in terms of particle filtration efficiency, filtration resistance and other key indicators, with the advantages of high efficiency, low resistance and long-lasting and stable protective performance. It can be reused for 10 times after disinfection treatment of boiling water and alcohol, the performance remains stable, and it can maintain efficient filtration in various environments such as humidity and disinfection. At the same time, 3D stereoscopic design is adopted to fit the face, ensuring smooth breathing, and effective interception and filtering oily and non oily particles such as droplets and dust in the air.
2. Structure description

3. Product performance
(1) High efficiency and low pressure drop, comfortable to wear: This product is composed of high efficiency melt-blown fiber and about 100 nm nanofiber, three-dimensional design with good air permeability and smooth breathing.
(2) Stable filtering performance, reusable: The product mainly relies on the physical interception of the ultra-fine nanofiber layer, and the interception efficiency of harmful particles in the air can almost reach 100%, which can be used for a long time. It can be reused after alcohol / high temperature disinfection.
(3) Light and thin with high filtering accuracy: The core filter layer of this product is nanofiber microporous membrane, with a thickness of no more than 3m and a filtering accuracy of less than 100 nm. It can effectively filter ultrafine particles such as droplets, PM 2.5 haze, dust, pollen, etc.
4. Use environment
This product can absorb harmful aerosols, including dust, smoke, mist, and so on.In a living environment with complex pollution sources, this product can efficiently filter oily and non-oily particles, prevent smog and tail gas, and the application environment is relatively broad.
5. Disinfection method
Method one: Disinfection with medical alcohol
Method two: Immersed in hot water for 3 minutes or dried at low temperature
Method three: Disinfect the inside and outside with a hair dryer at about 75 ℃
6. Inspection and testing
This product uses American TSI-8130A Automatic Filter Material Tester testing equipment to obtian the test data and show that: the company's FFP2 protective mask can filter oily and non-oily particles, filtration efficiency ≥95.0%.
