Most of the masks on the market are melt-blown filter layer as core filter layer, which rely on electrostatic adsorption of particles to achieve a certain filtering effect. After high temperature or alcohol sterilization, the electrostatic effect of the filter core decreases and the filtering performance decreases. The new generation of nano-fiber protective masks developed by our company relies on pure physical interception, which can be reused after high temperature and alcohol disinfection for long-term protection.Using advanced electrostatic spinning nanofiber technology, the nanofibers are combined with the meltblown layer to prepare a nanofiber composite core filter layer with excellent filtering performance, which has won the national patent. The diameter of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric is 2-10 μm, which can block large particles above 2 μm; the diameter of the nanofiber membrane fiber is 50-150 nm, and the formed three-dimensional porous structure can effectively intercept haze, droplets, dust, etc. At the same time, it adopts a 3D stereoscopic design to fit the face to ensure smooth breathing and efficient interception fine particles such as droplets and dust in the air.    2.
